What is a baby growth chart?

Baby growth charts enable you to measure your baby’s growth in percentile when compared to the ideal range. So, by tracking this chart, your doctor can derive at the growth rate of your baby and determine if the baby is having any growth-related issues. However, parents must remember, these charts are just for reference and not a strict guideline.

How does the barchart chart work?

The chart resembles a series of "bricks", where a new brick is generated when the price moves a specific price amount. By default, Barchart calculates the brick size based on a 14 period Average True Range (ATR), using the Close for brick construction.

When should you use the who growth charts?

The CDC recommends that healthcare providers use the WHO growth charts to monitor growth for infants and children ages 0 to 2 years, and use the CDC growth charts for those 2 years and older. The WHO charts are based on healthy growth patterns for breastfed children and are endorsed by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
